Much like Gary, I have lived in our clients’ world my whole career, enjoying 30 years of operational experience as CEO, CFO, and business owner in a wide range of industries, including: food service equipment, building supplies, furniture, rail car equipment, telecommunications, printing, and management consulting.

I built much of my business knowledge overseeing multiple buy-grow-sell transactions for private equity owned portfolio companies, so I have sat in both seats multiple times - as buyer and seller.

In my last entrepreneurial endeavor prior to joining Arakelian & Associates, I purchased, grew, and successfully sold a growing niche manufacturing business in Orland Park, IL serving the food service equipment and building supplies sectors. 

I now use my extensive financial strategy and transactional experience to work with our clients to optimize value, enhance operational workflow and in building strategies for a successful sell-side transaction.
